Who creates the designs at KatKouture?

All designs are created by me, Kat! I’ve been drawing since I was a kid on a farm in Oxfordshire, and I still design every piece myself — from sketch to final artwork. I sometimes use digital tools (including AI) to help with the concept stage, but every design is refined, edited, and finished by hand. You’re getting original art with heart.


Do you print the products yourself?

I work with trusted print-on-demand partners who handle printing and shipping for each order. This means less waste, faster delivery, and a product that’s made just for you.


Where are orders shipped from?

Orders are printed and shipped from the closest fulfilment centre to your location (UK, EU, or US when available) — helping to keep shipping times and costs down.


Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Because everything is made to order, I don’t accept returns or exchanges. Please double-check sizing, colours, and phone models before ordering. If something arrives damaged or there’s an issue, just reach out — I’ll do my best to make it right.


Can’t see your phone model?

Not all available models are listed. Just send me a message at support@katkouture.store and I’ll see if I can sort it for you.


Do you take custom requests?

Yes, I do — and I’d love to hear from you! Whether it’s a portrait of your pet, a twist on one of my existing designs, or something completely unique, just get in touch. I’m always excited to bring your ideas to life.
