KatKouture Returns Policy
We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, as all items are custom-made to order.
If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or faulty, please contact us at support@katkouture.store within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.
We do not require the item to be returned — instead, we will send a replacement free of charge.
Faulty items can be donated, recycled, or kept.
Refunds are only issued if a replacement is not possible.
Reporting an Issue
To report a faulty or damaged item, email us at support@katkouture.store.
Do not send any item back without contacting us first — we do not accept unsolicited returns.
European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
Under EU law, customers have the right to cancel or return orders within 14 days for any reason.
However, this right does not apply to custom-made products — including our made-to-order apparel and accessories.
If your item is faulty or incorrect, we will of course resolve the issue as outlined above.
Refunds
We’ll notify you once we've reviewed your claim.
If a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note: banks and card providers may take additional time to complete the refund.
If it's been more than 15 business days since approval and you haven't received your refund, please contact us.
International Taxes & Duties
KatKouture is based in the UK and uses U.S.-based production and fulfillment.
If you're ordering from outside the United States, your country may charge import taxes, customs duties, or handling fees.
These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the buyer.
Refusing to pay these charges may result in the item being returned or destroyed — in such cases, no refund will be issued.
Please check with your local customs office before ordering if you're unsure about potential fees.
